Mr Newton joined EQT Funds Management Limited (EFML) at the time of its incorporation in January 2007 and is Managing Director of EFML in Guernsey. Mr Newton is also a Director on the following boards; EQT I Limited, EQT III Limited, EQT IV Limited, EQT V Limited, EQT Expansion Capital I Limited, EQT Expansion Capital II Limited, EQT Opportunity Limited, EQT Infrastructure Limited, EQT Greater China II Limited and EQT Credit Limited.

Before joining EFML, Mr Newton worked for Mourant Finance Administration, one of the world’s leading providers of financial administration services, where he managed a portfolio of EUR 7 billion.

Prior to Mourant, Mr Newton worked for Bordeaux Services Limited, a bespoke third party administration company, where he was responsible for all aspects of fund administration business.
