Current Position
Industrial Advisor to EQT since 2007 and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of EQT Infrastructure Fund Ltd.

Mr Keitel is Vice President of the Federation of German Industry (BDI - President as of 2009) and President of the Federation of German Construction Industry (HdB). He is also member of the Supervisory Boards of Hochtief AG, Commerzbank AG, National-Bank AG, RAG Foundation. Furthermore Mr Keitel is President of the Board of Trustees of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and Member of the Board of the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech).

Education
Industrial Engineering degree (1973) and Doctorate in Civil Engineering (1975) from Munich Technical University and Civil Engineering degree from Stuttgart University (1971).

Work Experience
Mr Keitel has a wide experience in Senior Management positions and in the broader infrastructure field. Mr Keitel is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Hochtief AG (1992 - 2007). He joined Hochtief AG in 1988 as Director to the Executive Board and became Member of the Executive Board in 1990 where he was responsible for the international business.

Mr Keitel started his career as Engineering Consultant and from 1975 to 1987 he worked for Lahmeyer International GmbH (Consulting Engineers) where he managed large-scale projects in Germany and abroad, among others long-term assignments to Argentina and Guatemala. He was Section Head for Hydraulic Engineering and Dams and Consultant to the consortium of banks of the Channel Tunnel.
