Mr Dêon Van der Ploeg joined CBTJ Financial Services B.V., (CBTJ) in 2002 and is Managing Director of CBTJ in Amsterdam. Mr Van der Ploeg is also a Director on the following boards; EQT II B.V., EQT Danmark B.V., EQT III Limited, EQT IV Limited, EQT V Limited, EQT Opportunity Limited, EQT Infrastructure Limited, EQT Greater China II Limited and EQT Credit Limited.

Prior to joining CBTJ, Mr. Van der Ploeg worked for Arthur Young Netherlands from 1984 until 1989 as an Auditor. From 1990 until mid 1997 he worked for Equity Trust Co. N.V. in Amsterdam as Senior Manager Finance and Accounting. Between July 1997 and December 2001 Mr Van der Ploeg was Director of Crédit Lyonnais Trust Management in Amsterdam and was a member of the Financial Engineering Team of Crédit Lyonnais Paris.

Mr Van der Ploeg studied Business Economics at the Erasmus University, Rotterdam (1985) and the first stage certified public auditor training from the Dutch Institute for Certified Public Auditors (NIVRA), Amsterdam (1989).
