EQT VI is a EUR 4.75 billion fund launched in 2011.  EQT will continue to execute its successful, industrially driven strategy of making controlling and co-controlling investments in leading, high-quality middle-market companies for the benefit of EQT VI, driving value creation post investment through industrial acceleration. Equity commitments are anticipated to typically range between €75 million and €500 million.

The Fund targets established businesses with strong market positions, clear competitive advantages and significant potential for future sales and earnings growth, within industries that are consolidating, growing or changing and can demonstrate well-defined realization alternatives. The fund will primarily target the Nordic region, German-speaking Europe and CEE countries.
