Mr. Kaschke is the President of the Executive Board of Management and CEO of the Carl Zeiss AG.

Education
Michael Kaschke holds a PhD in physics from the University of Jena and a degree in marketing and finance of the Graduate Business School of Zurich.
 
Work experience
Michael Kaschke joined Carl Zeiss in 1992 and has held various management positions such as Division Manager and head of the Medical Business Group. He was appointed to the Executive Board of Management in 2000.
