Companies that EQT Expansion Capital funds invest in are expected to fulfill the following investment criteria:
- show a sustainable and strong market position
- based in Scandinavia, Finland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux or Poland (however often with international business)
- have a stable cash flow
- show potential and ambition for future growth
- strong management team that is motivated to further develop the company and to guide it through a period of future growth
EQT Expansion Capital funds do not invest in:
- turn-around situations
- seed-capital and early stage situations
- project financing
- real estate financing
