EQT Partners BV, an entity controlled by partners of EQT Partners owns, 69% of  EQT Partners AB and Investor Holding AB owns the remaining 31% of the shares.

EQT Partners and Investor have historical ties although EQT Partners is independent strategically, financially and operationally.

Investor is also a sponsor and anchor investor in all 12 funds. Investor’s investment in each fund varies but is more than 10% in the larger, more recent funds.
