EQT Expansion Capital I provided mezzanine financing for the aquistion of BHS Getriebe GmbH in 2005. BHS Getriebe GmbH developed, manufactured and distributed turbo gear units, used for turbines, compressors and blowers in the Oil & Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical and Power Generation industries.
