Cimbria was founded in 1947 and has about 800 employees at subsidiaries and branch offices in 20 countries. The company has manufacturing facilities in Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland and Malaysia. Cimbria comprises three divisions:

-New Cimbria (Grain & Seed and part of former Bulk Handling division): production and sale of grain dryers, cleaners, conveyers, sorting equipment and large turn-key grain terminals.
-Air Cleaning: production and sale of filters, ventilators and ventilator systems to different industries.
-Oil Pressing: engineering business supplying plants used in the food and chemistry industry to produce edible oil, glycerine, fatty acid and biodiesel.
